Currently life has thrown us all the unprecedented task of managing our lives through active loss. Personal issues may come to the surface for the first time, or return, as a result, of the added pressure we are living with. We can be surrounded by people, but have nobody that we can talk to from an honest place. We may worry about being a burden, or feel that sharing would leave us too vulnerable amongst others.
Counselling is a confidential journey of self-awareness, with support and encouragement at the heart of the process. It is useful when personal issues or difficulties surface that we feel unable to cope with alone.
I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, whilst helping you to recognise your resources, and to find better ways of managing your life.
Your life does not have to change drastically for you to feel better able to cope. Getting some support and having a look at your life with interest, can be all you need to see things from a new and more positive perspective.
Counselling sessions can be booked as and when you need them, moving entirely at your own pace.
